Privacy notice for early-access enquiries
Alv Solutions Pty Ltd is responsible for the information collected through early-access enquiries, pricing and service enquiries, and questions sent through Ask Alv. This notice covers these only; it is not a privacy policy for the full Alv platform.
For pricing and service enquiries, your description includes your question, the service you are enquiring about, your contact preference and your contact number if you prefer a call. We use these to agree scope and respond to your enquiry. The services, retention period and rights described in this notice also apply to these enquiries.
What we collect
Your work email, any primary location and description you choose to provide, the domain derived from your email, and submission and security metadata such as the submission time and identifier. We process network information to prevent abuse. To limit repeat submissions, we use one-way codes (keyed hashes) of IP addresses and email addresses, not the addresses themselves.
How we use it
We use this information to assess and respond to your enquiry, operate and secure the form, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your information. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Services that process it
Cloudflare runs and protects the form. We store enquiries in a private Notion database. Postmark sends us an internal alert that contains only a reference number, not your email, location or description. These services process information on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We delete inactive enquiries within 12 months after the last relevant contact.
