# Early access to Alv

Alv is opening to a small number of buildings. Tell us about yours.

## What the subscription does

Once your building joins, Alv keeps its record current each month from your documents, bills and BMS exports. It answers your team’s questions with the source shown, and drafts the next step for you to approve. You don’t need live data to start. We begin with one building and one problem, and reply personally where there’s a fit.
